Integrations
POS integrations for electronic shelf labels
Keep shelf-edge prices aligned with the pricing data you already maintain in a supported POS system. PriceFlow sits between your retail system and your electronic shelf labels, so a price you change once reaches the shelf without a second process.
PriceFlow can synchronise supported POS product and price data with your electronic shelf labels. Integration setup is confirmed during onboarding.
How it works
From your POS to the shelf edge
Four steps, none of which change how your team maintains prices today.
- 01
A price changes in your POS
You keep maintaining products and prices exactly where you do today.
- 02
PriceFlow receives the update
PriceFlow is notified of the change, or retrieves it from your system.
- 03
PriceFlow maps your data
Your product fields are matched to the fields your shelf labels display. That mapping is agreed during onboarding.
- 04
The shelf label updates
The update is sent to the labels through the PriceFlow hosted platform.

Integration options
Each of these is an existing PriceFlow connector. Setup is handled by us during onboarding rather than installed by you — there is no self-service marketplace, and we confirm compatibility with your specific system before anything is agreed.

Integration available through PriceFlow onboardingGeneric
A standard integration route for systems that can send product and price updates in a common format.
- Suitable where your system can notify PriceFlow of product and price changes
- Field mapping configured to match your data during onboarding
- The initial product list is agreed with us during onboarding rather than read automatically
Receives updates your system sends
Integration available through PriceFlow onboardingCustom
For systems outside the list above, we review the data you can provide and confirm whether an integration route is workable.
- Reviewed case by case against your system
- Uses the standard integration route once the data shape is agreed
- Confirmed before any commitment is made
Receives updates your system sends
Reviewed during onboarding
Some systems let PriceFlow read your existing product catalogue directly, so the first load needs nothing from you. With the others, PriceFlow receives changes as your system sends them, and we agree how the initial product list reaches us during onboarding. Both keep prices current once running.
POS integrations are configured as part of onboarding. Contact us to confirm compatibility with your current system.
Partners
For EPOS and retail technology partners
PriceFlow can provide the electronic shelf label management and synchronisation layer while you retain the retailer relationship and the on-site deployment role.
We are talking to partners now and confirming commercial arrangements case by case, so the practical first step is a conversation about the systems you support and the stores you look after.
What we would cover together
- Which of your supported systems we can integrate with today
- How a store is configured and who does which part
- What a first joint deployment would look like
Check whether your POS is supported
Tell us what you run today and we will confirm whether an integration route exists, before you commit to anything.
