How PriceFlow handles the information you give us through this website.
Last updated 7 September 2026.
Who we are
PriceFlow is a product of Digital Solutions Hub Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17078495. We are the data controller for the information described in this notice. Our contact details are at the end of this page.
What we collect
This website collects information in two ways: what you choose to send us through one of the two forms, and anonymous measurements of how the site is used. The two are kept separate — the measurements are not linked to your enquiry, and neither is used to build a profile of you.
Book a demo. Your name, business name, email address, telephone number, number of stores, your preferred date and time, and anything you write in the message field.
Request an exact quote. Your name, business name, email address, telephone number, number of stores, anything you write in the message field, and the configuration you built in the estimator — the plan, the hardware payment model and the quantity of each label type. If you tell us the POS system you use, that is included too.
We do not ask for payment details, and there is nowhere on this site to enter them.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use what you send us for one purpose: to reply to you. An enquiry reaches our team so that someone can answer your question, arrange a demonstration, or prepare a quotation.
Where you are asking us about buying PriceFlow, our lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Otherwise our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries about our own product — an interest you invoked deliberately by writing to us, using no more information than you chose to give. We do not use these details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.
How it reaches us
When you submit a form, the information is formatted into an email and delivered to contact@priceflow.co.uk through Resend, the email delivery provider this site uses. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can respond to you directly.
Your enquiry is not written to a database by this website. The estimator configuration you build is held in your own browser until you either submit it or close the tab.
Cookies, measurement and tracking
This site sets no cookies at all, and carries no advertising and no third-party tracking pixel. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
We do measure how the site is used, through Vercel Web Analytics. It records a page view without cookies and without anything that would let it recognise you on another website. For each page view it records the time, the page address, the page you came from, an approximate location from your network connection, and the type of device, operating system and browser you are using. To count repeat views within a visit it derives a temporary identifier from your request, which is discarded after 24 hours. We see the totals, not you.
We do this because we need to know which pages are worth keeping and where people give up, and our lawful basis for it is our legitimate interest in understanding that. It is the least intrusive way we found to answer the question: nothing is stored on your device, nothing follows you off this site, and nothing here is sold or passed to an advertiser. If you would rather not be counted at all, any tracker-blocking extension or browser shield will stop it, and nothing on this site will stop working.
The one thing this site does store on your device is the estimator's own working state. It is kept in your browser's session storage so that moving between the pricing and ROI pages does not lose the configuration you built — that is, only to keep the tool you chose to use working. It stays on your device, is never sent to us on its own, and is cleared when you close the tab.
Who else sees it
Our email delivery provider, Resend, processes your enquiry in order to deliver it. Beyond that, enquiries are seen by the PriceFlow team. Separately, Vercel hosts this website and provides the usage measurement described above; it therefore handles page requests and the anonymous measurements, not your enquiry. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to any other third party unless we are legally required to.
Where your information goes
Both of the companies above are United States companies, so your enquiry is processed there as part of being delivered to us, and the anonymous usage measurements are processed there too. Those transfers are covered by each provider's data processing terms, which incorporate the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses and the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Once it reaches us, your enquiry sits in our business email account like any other message from a customer.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful for the reason you sent it: while we are answering you, and afterwards for the life of any commercial relationship that follows, plus the period we are required to keep business records. If nothing comes of the enquiry, we have no reason to keep it and it is deleted.
We have not fixed a single retention period in months, and we would rather say so than publish a number we do not actually apply. If you want your enquiry deleted before then, email us and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, and object to our processing it on the basis of our legitimate interests — including the usage measurement described above, which you can also stop yourself with a tracker-blocking setting. Email contact@priceflow.co.uk and we will respond. You do not have to pay, and you do not need to give a reason to ask us to stop.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
